The West Virginia State University Extension Service has helped form the Black Business Association Supporting Entrepreneurs to promote entrepreneurship, stimulate growth and serve as a resource for black-owned businesses.There will be an association launch party at 6 p.m. Jan. 25 at West Virginia State University's Economic Development Center, 1506 Kanawha Blvd. W.
