Interactive dinner theaterAt 7 p.m. July 20, the Murder and Merriment theater group will present "The Murderer Who Came to Dinner" aboard two private rail cars in Huntington owned by the Collis P. Order by calling 304-523-0364.Derick Kirk Scholarship winnersThe Derick Kirk Foundation selected Claire Wayne of Clay County High School and Adam Gillespie of St. Albans High School as the winners of its 2012 Derick Kirk Foundation Music Scholarships. They each received a $1,000 scholarship.The foundation's mission is to support and fund music education and development in grades K-12. It is named after local musician Derick Kirk, who died of cancer in 2007 at age 28.'Charlotte's Web' cast On Aug. 24-26 and Aug. 31-Sept. 2, the Alban Arts Center in St. Albans will stage the children's classic "Charlotte's Web." Starring in the show are Megan Ebbskotte as Charlotte, Caden Chapman as Wilbur and Stevie Jenkins is Templeton.Wyatt Hanna, Paige Chapman, Emma Leary and Glynn Fields play John, Martha, Fern and Avery Arable, respectively. David Comer and Linda O'Neill are Homer and Edith Zuckerman, and Katie Shaver is Lurvy.
