Interactive dinner theater
At 7 p.m. July 20, the Murder and Merriment theater group will present "The Murderer Who Came to Dinner" aboard two private rail cars in Huntington owned by the Collis P. The Derick Kirk Foundation selected Claire Wayne of Clay County High School and Adam Gillespie of St. Albans High School as the winners of its 2012 Derick Kirk Foundation Music Scholarships. They each received a $1,000 scholarship.
The foundation's mission is to support and fund music education and development in grades K-12. It is named after local musician Derick Kirk, who died of cancer in 2007 at age 28.'Charlotte's Web' cast
