'Home Run' extends stay
"Home Run" will stay at Nitro Stadium 12 through at least May 2. The faith-based drama about a pro baseball player with a substance abuse program was brought to town by a local chapter of Celebrate Recovery, the support group featured in the film. Call 304-769-0405.
'Chillers' comic signing
A "Chillers Book 2" release party runs 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Taylor Books, 226 Capitol St. The horror graphic novel anthology follows in the footsteps of the first anthology, which was released last year and received Best of the Year nominations in two comic awards competitions.
East End Bazaar opens
The East End Bazaar opens Saturday with a full slate of vendors as well as music by The Carpenter Ants. Wares for sale include artwork, pottery, candles, jewelry and quilts.

Montclaire String Quartet finale
The Montclaire String Quartet closes its season with a 3 p.m. Sunday concert at the University of Charleston's Erma Byrd Gallery in Riggleman Hall. The program features Mozart's Quartet in E flat, K.428 and Grieg's Quartet in G minor, Op.27.

'Wait, Wait . . . Don't Tell Me!'
A live staging of PBS' radio quiz show "Wait, Wait . . . Don't Tell Me!" comes to Nitro Stadium 12 and Cinemark Huntington Mall at 8 p.m. May 2. Panelists are Paula Poundstone, Mo Rocca and Tom Bodett.
Tickets are $22 at Nitro. At Cinemark, they're $20 for adults, $18 for students and seniors and $16 for children.
Nitro will have a second showing at 7:30 May 7. Tickets for it are $18.
