CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- Tsubasacon -- an anime, manga and video gaming convention that celebrates Japanese culture -- returns to Huntington's Big Sandy Superstore Arena Friday through Sunday, celebrating its 10th anniversary. New this year will be live streaming cosplay events and a "League of Legends" tournament.Special guests are voice actors David Vincent, Chris Cason, Danielle McRae and Laura Post. Musical guests are Junko Fujiyama and 2D6, famous for their mystical powers of hilarious "rhyming and rap."
Multi-day badges for ages 13 and up are $40; daily badges are $25 for Friday, $35 for Saturday and $15 Sunday. Child badges are $20 multi-day, $10 Friday, $15 Saturday and $10 Sunday. Children under age 7 are admitted free with a paying adult.For more information, visit www.tsubasacon.org.
