Teen singer Andre Williams is featured on the February edition of the Division of Culture and History's "ArtWorks" TV program, which airs on Suddenlink channel 17. The 17-year-old R&B and pop singer of Leslie in Greenbrier County will talk about his love of singing and perform a few of his favorite songs. A senior at Greenbrier East High School, Williams won the West Virginia's Finest 12-14 age group in 2008 and its 14-17 year old division in 2011. He also has been a finalist in the "Charleston's Teen Idol" vocal competition for the past three years. In December, he also spent time on tour with Landau Eugene Murphy Jr. in December and shared the stage with the "America's Got Talent" winner at several concerts. "ArtWorks" is a production of the West Virginia Library Commission. It airs at 10:30 a.m., 4:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. Fridays and 4:30 a.m. and 10:30 p.m. Saturdays.
