Must-eats in West VirginiaCHARLESTON, W.Va. -- The Cooking Channel recently named what they judged to be the most iconic recipes from each state. The pick from West Virginia: Pepperoni Rolls. Find West Virginia's selection in Huntington at Cam's Ham, 809 First St., where the Sugar Flaked Ham Sandwich reigns as the top-seller. Parishioners will prepare and sell Lebanese food from family recipes including lamb shish kabob, stuffed grape leaves, kibbee, tabouli, hummus, meat and spinach pies. Shawarma (gyros), falafels, baklava and a variety of other Lebanese pastries will also be sold as long as supplies last.Tickets for food and beverages can be purchased at the festival.
