INSTITUTE, W.Va. -- A Seneca 2 Forum titled "U.S. Human Trafficking: Modern Day Slavery" will be presented by Anne Victory at 7 p.m. April 24 at the Davis Fine Arts Building, West Virginia State University, Institute. The forum is free and open to public.Victory is education coordinator for the Collaborative Initiative to End Human Trafficking in the Cleveland/Akron, Ohio, area.
