CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- Kanawha Individual Development Solutions will host several activities during the holiday season.Writing classes will be offered as two-part workshops; the first class will be offered from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., 2 to 3 p.m. or 5:30 to 7 p.m. Dec. 27; the second part will be offered at those same times on Dec. 30. The classes are designed to address creative and structural approaches to academic and personal writing pursuits. Each session contains instructional, explorative and review-based elements that allow for advancement and customization for each participant. The workshops are for students in grades 5-12. The fee is $25 for one class, $45 for both.
