Woman enters Alford plea in strip mall fire

KEYSER, W.Va. -- A Keyser woman faces up to 10 years in prison after entering an Alford plea to an arson charge stemming from a strip mall fire.

The Cumberland Times-News reports that Kelly Bradley entered the plea to second-degree arson Monday in Mineral County Circuit Court.

An Alford plea means a defendant doesn't admit guilt but acknowledges there's enough evidence for conviction.

Bradley was a co-owner and manager of the Polish Pines Restaurant. A 2010 fire at the strip mall outside Keyser destroyed the restaurant and two other businesses.

A co-defendant, April Graham of Keyser, is awaiting trial. Graham was a bartender at the restaurant.
