Kessler said Edward Neff Jr., 28, of Oak Hill, admitted to breaking into the store. Deputies allegedly found the clothes he was wearing during the break-in inside the van.Neff was charged with breaking and entering, destruction of property and petit larceny. He was in the Southern Regional Jail Thursday in lieu of $50,000 bail.
