Putnam County Parks: is hosting a six-week Fine Art Class from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. each Monday starting Sept. 10 in the Commons at Valley Park in Hurricane. Classes must be prepaid and are $55 per day or $330 for the six-week class. Any skill level is welcome and most supplies are provided. Learn to produce optical illusions, still life's, abstract art and more.
