HUNTINGTON, W.Va. -- For the first time since 2009, the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals is returning to Marshall University's Huntington campus.The court will convene Sept. 18 to take up four cases. The visit is one of the events planned at Marshall during Constitution Week, which begins on Sept. 10.The court's appearance will be its fifth in the past eight years at Marshall.The public is invited. They can also attend a reception honoring the judges.
