W.Va. marks 9/11 anniversary (photos)

Children from the West Virginia Public Employees Day Care Center lead a recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance during Tuesday's ceremony to mark the 11th anniversary of the terrorist attacks in New York, Washington and Pennsylvania on Sept. 11, 2001.
First lady Joanne Tomblin and Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin carry a wreath to the West Virginia Fallen Firefighters Memorial, just before a moment of silence at 8:46 a.m. Tuesday (the first plane struck the World Trade Center at 8:46 a.m.).
Bagpiper Andrew Branard, of Kanawha Valley Pipes and Drums, plays "Amazing Grace" at the end of Tuesday's ceremony.
