Nitro Public Library will present a lecture by Rich Hively on the history of the Dick Henderson St. Albans-Nitro Bridge at 6 p.m. at the library. Admission is free and the public is encouraged to attend. The Dick Henderson Bridge, which opened in 1934, will be closed next January and will be replaced by a three-lane bridge.
