Charleston-Kanawha Housing Authority board of commissioners

Kanawha County Public Library
's winter hours begin in October for the Charleston Main Library and St. Albans Branch Library. Those libraries will be open on Sundays from 1 to 5 p.m. until April.Big Coal River Branch of the Coal River Group
