FUTURE EVENTSUnity of Kanawha Valley will have the next Open Stage 4 Kids event for performers ages 5-15 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Friday at 804 Myrtle Road. This month's event will be hosted by Jeff Russo. Play an instrument, sing, dance, tell a joke, show a piece of art, magic, or just talk into a microphone. Silly songs are welcome. Signups begin at 6 p.m., the entertainment starts at 6:30 p.m. and pizza will follow at 7:30 p.m. There is no cover charge. Members also get together for arts and crafts at 10 a.m. on the second Wednesday of each month, and at 11 a.m. for brunch, bridge and bingo on the third Wednesday of each month.
