W.Va. creates vet designation for driver licenses

CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- West Virginia is now offering veterans a "veteran'' designation on their driver's licenses.

Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin unveiled the new designation Tuesday during an appearance in Parkersburg.

Tomblin says the designation will allow veterans to display their military service.
