The West Virginia Learning Disabilities Association: will sponsor presentations designed for parents, educators and individuals with learning disabilities at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Charleston Civic Center. WVLDA board members, along with Appalachian Reading Center staff members and students, will host a session about technology tools for students. At 11:30 a.m., the organization will hold a members-only luncheon. Featured speaker will be Alfred D.
