Salvation Army offers emergency shelter this winter
CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- The Salvation Army will provide a cold weather shelter to Charleston residents this winter.
City officials will notify Salvation Army Capt. Aaron Goldfarb when to open the shelter, located at 301 Tennessee Ave., according to a news release issued.
The shelter will provide warm beds and food to everyone during inclement weather. Goldfarb said officials can make a request by calling him at 304-982-1238.
