Miscellaneous:Unity of Kanawha Valley: is hosting a soup and ceramic bowl sale from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. today. Homemade soup, bread, and baked goods will be sold along with the opportunity to purchase ceramic bowls from some of West Virginia's finest potters. Purchases can include soup only, bowl only, and the soup and bowl. The soup in this "souper" bowl fundraiser is also available for carry-out and can be saved for "game day." Dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m. with the show starting at 8 p.m. Choice of entrees is Prime Rib au Jus or Glazed Cornish Hen with tossed salad, baked potato, green peas and pearl onions, dilly rolls and assorted Valentine desserts. Dinner plus show for adults is $24; children under 12, $8. Show only (as space permits) is $5. Proceeds benefit the missions of the church. First Church Dinner Theater will be reminiscing with bits and pieces from years gone by along with new faces for a night of love, music and fun. Reservations are required for all shows.
