By Staff reports

GLEN JEAN -- A Fayette County man wanted in connection to grand larceny was found driving a stolen vehicle Tuesday, police said.

A vehicle that was reported stolen Feb. 9 in Georgia was spotted driving along U.S. 19 near Glen Jean.

Deputies pulled over and arrested the driver, Corte Dandre Treyon Lawson, and charged him with receiving and transferring a stolen vehicle, according to a news release.

Lawson, 21, of Oak Hill, was also wanted on a grand larceny charged issued last December in Oak Hill, according to the release.

He was being held in Southern Regional Jail without bail Wednesday.
