Charleston police seek help in Elk River body case
CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- Charleston police are still looking for clues a year after a man's body was found in the Elk River.
Police Lt. Steve Cooper says 55-year-old Robert Snow of Charleston never showed up for a scheduled job interview on May 23, 2012. His body, partially bound with duct tape, was found by boaters in the Elk River a few days later. His vehicle and cell phone were found in a nearby parking lot.
Investigators don't have enough evidence to charge anyone with a crime. They're asking anyone with information to step forward.
