Handful of votes can't settle 2 state mayoral races

WHEELING, W.Va. -- Two West Virginia communities will have to wait a little longer to find out who won their mayors' races. In municipal elections held Monday, WTRF-TV reports the races for mayor in Hundred and Friendly ended in a tie. In Hundred, both Charles Sine and Charles Himelrick received 36 votes. In Friendly, Bonnie Hostuttler and Jerry Hayes each received five votes. Both races will be subject to a canvass.
