Charleston mayor's son pleads not guilty to drug charge
CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- The son of Charleston Mayor Danny Jones pleaded not guilty to possession of cocaine with intent to deliver during his arraignment on Tuesday.Zachary Francis Jones, 23, appeared in court wearing a suit and tie. Last month, Kanawha Circuit Judge Duke Bloom reduced bail to allow him to attend a drug treatment facility in Huntington."How's your treatment program?" Bloom asked. "Absolutely wonderful," Jones replied."You look good and look healthy today," the judge told him.Bloom set a trial date for Aug. 5.
