CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- A Charleston man was arrested on Thursday following an investigation of a string of recent break-ins. Sgt. Tony Hazelett of the Charleston Police Department said Nicholas Jackson, 46, was charged with breaking and entering after police went to his East End home to serve a search warrant. The arrest came out of an investigation of several neighborhood break-ins.
