Memoir: Huntington woman overcomes abuse, addiction
HUNTINGTON, W.Va. -- Bathsheba Dailey, of Huntington, has written her autobiography, "Five Year Old Death." It was released in late June.
Her book tells of overcoming abuse since she was a child, how her depression followed her through life into adulthood, making many bad decisions along the way. She has battled bulimia since age 16, as well as an alcohol addiction.
At age 33, divorced with three children, she went back to school to study business management. She has two poetry books available at Amazon.com called "Soulful Writes" and "Soulful Writes Part Two."
Dailey said she has not covered up any of her own wrongdoing because she wants people to see the true struggles of what abuse can cause even in the aftermath of it.
The autobiography can be found at Amazon.com, and Dailey may be contacted on Facebook, on her website Bathshebadailey.com or by email at Fairytailbaby@gmail.com.
