Missing woman discovered in Boone County

CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- A woman missing since Aug. 7 was discovered safe near Twilight in Boone County on Monday morning, according to a State Police dispatcher.The woman, identified in an incident report as Charlene Hankins, suffered from exposure and dehydration and was transported to Boone Memorial Hospital."She was found this morning by a gentleman on a four-wheeler," the dispatcher said.State Trooper J.G. Honaker wrote the incident report.
According to media reports, the woman had last been seen near Chief Logan State Park on Aug. 7 when she went missing.She was in fair condition at Boone Memorial Monday night, according to a hospital employee.
