CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- The Kanawha-Charleston Health Department is partnering with the National Restaurant Association to host a food safety training workshop from 9 a.m. to noon Sept. 30 at the Charleston Civic Center.Food service manages or employees from Kanawha and Putnam counties are encouraged to attend. Participants will receive a basic food safety certificate or a food handler card upon successful completion of the course.
