Wayne County woman charged with murder, burying body
A Wayne County woman has been arrested and charged with murder for allegedly killing a man and burying his body.
Erica Dawn Streets, 31, of Wayne, was arrested and charged with first-degree murder on Friday in connection with the disappearance and suspected death of Julius Davis, 51, of Wayne, according to a statement from the West Virginia State Police.
Police believe that Streets killed Davis and then buried his body with the help of Daniel Kirkpatrick, 51, of East Lynn.
Davis had previously been reported missing.
Police have not yet found Davis' body, but are currently searching for it in Wayne County, according to the statement.
Kirkpatrick has been charged with being an accessory to first-degree murder, after the fact.
Both Streets and Kirkpatrick are being held in Western Regional Jail awaiting arraignment.
