Live at the AlbanMacDowell County bluegrass singer/songwriter Stacy Grubb, a third-generation member of the Wheeling Jamboree, will perform at 7 p.m. Friday at the Alban Arts Center, 65 Olde Main St., St. Albans. FOOTMAD opens its 2013-14 season with a concert by Irish fiddler Liz Carroll and guitar accompanist Daithi Sproule at 8 p.m. Saturday at the Culture Center Theater. Carroll is a National Heritage Fellowship Award winner, the first American-born musician to receive Ireland's most significant traditional music prize and the first Irish-American musician nominated for a Grammy.Tickets are $20 for adults, $15 for seniors, $10 for students and free for children under 13.
