Eastbound lanes reopen after tractor-trailer wreck between Institute, Cross Lanes

CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- The eastbound lanes of Interstate 64 are reopened this evening after a tractor-trailer wrecked between Institute and Cross Lanes, Metro 911 dispatchers said.The truck jack-knifed near the Institute exit, spilling about 50 gallons of diesel fuel and taking out 200 feet of guardrail. No injuries were reported.
