Crafty kids converge on Culture Center

CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- Free movies and winter crafts for kids are being offered through Sunday at the West Virginia Culture Center. Films are being shown at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. today in the Culture Center Theater. Winter crafts will offered from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Great Hall.
