Gambling parlor robbed at gunpoint
CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- A Kanawha City gambling parlor was robbed at gunpoint early Tuesday morning.
A Kanawha County Metro 911 dispatcher said a woman was on the phone at about 12:45 a.m. with a friend who works at Max's Place in Kanawha City when a black man and a white man came into the gambling parlor and she heard the phone drop.
The men then robbed the gambling parlor at gunpoint. The friend then called 911 to report the robbery.
