Oceana organization gets $1 million for Head Start


CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- An Oceana organization has received more than $1 million in federal funding to continue its Head Start and Early Head Start programs.MountainHeart Community Services' programs serve preschool-age children at eight sites.U.S. Rep. Nick Rahall and Sens. Jay Rockefeller and Joe Manchin announced the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services grant on Tuesday.
