Berkeley man faces child porn charge
MARTINSBURG, W.Va. -- A Berkeley County man was charged with possession of child pornography after a woman allegedly found pornographic images of her 6-year-old daughter on a computer memory card her ex-boyfriend had left at her house.
State Police spokesman Sgt. Michael Baylous said the woman allegedly found the images on a memory card left behind by her ex-boyfriend, Donald Freedman Graham, 30, of Inwood.
State Police forensic specialists later allegedly found more than 1,700 images depicting child pornography on the memory card, Baylous said.
Graham was already being held at the Eastern Regional Jail on unrelated charges. State Police charged him with possession of child pornography on Dec. 28.
He remains in the Eastern Regional Jail with combined bail of $190,000.
