Two arrested on drug charges in Putnam County
HURRICANE, W.Va. -- Putnam County Sheriff's deputies arrested two men late Wednesday night after they were found with 95 oxycodone tablets and nearly a pound of marijuana.
Michael F. Lopeman and Juan C. Bracamontes, both of Las Vegas, were arrested at 11:30 p.m. Wednesday during a traffic stop on I-64 East in Hurricane. The drugs seized from the two suspects have an $8,000 street value.
Lopeman and Bracamontes will each be charged with possession with intent to deliver a Schedule II controlled substance, conspiracy to commit a felony, and possession with intent to deliver marijuana. Bond was set at $50,000 each.
