Student Film and Video Festival being planned for WV State University

West Virginia State University will hold the second annual Student Film and Video Festival from 4 to 8 p.m. March 5 at the Davis Fine Arts Center Theater. Admission is free and includes a reception before the awards ceremony. The festival is open to the public.The festival will feature 27 works by college students and eight by area high school students.Projects from Capital High School, Teays Valley Christian School and Wood County Technical Center will also be screened. Participants are encouraged to check in at the venue by 3:30 p.m.
