Field NotesWomen's outdoors workshop: Women from throughout West Virginia will get a chance to learn outdoor skills hands-on at the Division of Natural Resources' spring Becoming an Outdoors-Woman Workshop.
The three-day event, scheduled for April 19-21 at North Bend State Park near Parkersburg, will offer classes in archery, bicycling, shooting, camping, fly tying, fishing, self defense, outdoors cooking and several other popular pastimes.The classes are open to women over 18 years of age.
