Paul Williamson has decided to leave West Virginia's basketball program and seems likely to wind up playing in the West Virginia Conference at Fairmont State.A walk-on from Harts who played at Logan High School, Williamson was an occasional surprise for the Mountaineers last season as a true freshman with his 3-point shooting. But he played sparingly."I think that guys ought to do what makes them happy,'' West Virginia coach Bob Huggins said. "Paul loved playing at West Virginia and had a great experience, but he just wanted to play more.''If Williamson does wind up in Fairmont, as expected, he would be playing for new coach Jerrod Calhoun, who was a Huggins assistant last season.
