EVANS SHOOTS 76: Berry Hills professional Barry Evans fired a 4-over 76 on the first day of the PGA Professional National Championship in Seaside, Calif.Evans, who won the event in 2002, played his opening round on the Black Horse course, one of two being used to stage the championship.
