Marcus Reed pitched in 18 points for the Warriors (2-0). Thaddeus Moss, son of former DuPont and Marshall standout and current San Francisco 49ers receiver Randy Moss, scored a team-best 19 points in his freshman debut for the Red Dragons (0-1). Taylor Clark added 12 points for St. Albans.
HURRICANE 69, CAPITAL 68: Rasaan Harris hit a 3-pointer with 16 seconds left as Hurricane pulled out a road win after leading by as many as 12. Henry Sorsaia led the Redskins (3-0) with 25 points and 12 rebounds and Trey Dawson had 12 points. Austin Coleman netted 18 points for the Cougars (1-2) and Daquan Yarborough 11.
CLAY 45, SISSONVILLE 41: Michael Shamblin scored a team-high 16 points as Clay County walked away with a home win. Stephen Cole chipped in nine points and 10 rebounds for the Panthers (2-2). Zach Null netted 26 points for Sissonville.
NITRO 76, POINT 59: Trevon Taylor and Sam Neff scored 21 points apiece as host Nitro pulled away late. Angelo Sirianni added 18 points for the Wildcats (1-1).
Wade Martin had a game-best 26 points for Point Pleasant (0-4) and Dylan McCarty scored 19.
WINFIELD 54, RIPLEY 33: The visiting Generals outscored the Vikings 39-15 after falling behind 18-15 in the first quarter. Chris Turner notched 16 points for Winfield (3-0) while Toby Show added 12 points and Brock Pence 11. Kade Harrison totaled nine points for Ripley (1-1).
GW 69, SPRING VALLEY 44: Luke Eddy led all scorers with 17 points and added seven rebounds and six assists to help George Washington to its first win of the season.

PARK. SOUTH 83, JOHN MARSHALL 35: Parkersburg South jumped out to a 48-20 halftime lead en route to a home win. Doug Dennis led the Patriots (2-1) with 19 points and Wes Mitchem added 16. Tanner Filben was the lone player in double figures for JM (1-2) with 14 points.
GREEN. EAST 62, HERITAGE, VA. 48: Rondale Watson scored 24 points and Obi Romeo 13 to lead Greenbrier East in the semifinals of the Covington (Va.) Rotary Tournament. Watson (10) and Romeo (12) each also posted double-figure rebound totals for the Spartans (4-0). Justin Joyner scored 12 points for Heritage.
WYOMING EAST 78, INDEPENDENCE 52: Josh Tunstalle poured in 24 points as the Warriors earned a road win. Cody Lester chipped in with 14 points for Wyoming East and Brett Bowling tossed in 12. TUG VALLEY 79, CROSS LANES 30: Mikey Newsome scored 21 points and Austin Brewer had 16 as visiting Tug Valley (2-0) won. Tyler Corbin had 18 points for Cross Lanes Christian (3-4).
ROANE 46, RAVENSWOOD 43: Roane County limited the Red Devils to five points in the fourth quarter in pulling out a road win. Jacob Neal led with 15 points for the Raiders (4-0), followed by Scott Meadows (11) and Zack McKown (10). Jake Martin had 15 points for Ravenswood (0-1), and Isaac Crow added 12 points and 16 boards.
LOGAN 70, BERWICK, PA. 19: Zak Miller scored 19 points as Logan cruised to a win at home. Worm Street added 10 points for the Wildcats (1-1).
NOTRE DAME 43, CATHOLIC 35: Molly Angotti scored 17 points, handed out five assists, and had five steals as Notre Dame picked up a win at the Ritchie County tournament. Rachel Rogers added 10 points for Notre Dame (4-1). Anna Whelan paced Charleston Catholic (1-3) with 13 points.
CLAY 67, POCAHONTAS 30: Clay County held a 25-8 advantage in the second quarter and ran away with a win at the Rogers Oil Classic in Hinton. McKinzee Barker had a game-best 18 points for the Panthers (5-0) and Brittany Gould scored 17. Heather Snead's 10 points led the way for Pocahontas County.
SUMMERS 68, WEBSTER 38: Brandy Morrison scored 14 points and grabbed eight rebounds as Summers County grabbed a win at the Rogers Oil Tournament in Hinton. Brennah Davis had 12 points for the Bobcats (4-0). Brandi Clevenger led Webster County with 14 points and Taylor Anderson scored 10.

TOLSIA 74, LINCOLN COUNTY 49: Krista Maynard finished one assist and one rebound shy of a quadruple-double as Tolsia picked up a win at the Tolsia Invitational. Maynard had 30 points, 12 steals, nine assists and nine rebounds to lead the Rebels (3-0). Taylor Lucas led Lincoln County (0-5) with 19 points.
CROSS LANES 45, TUG VALLEY 37: Cross Lanes Christian (3-2) got a 25-point, eight rebound, four block and four steal effort from Courtney Kendrick in a home win. Adreana Vance had 12 points and Hannah Armstrong 10 for the Panthers.
BUFFALO 61, CROSS LANES 42: Tiffani Bailey led Buffalo with 22 points and Chelsey Parkins had 16 points and 17 rebounds for the visiting Bison. Courtney Kendrick (19) and Laura Jones (16) each reached double figures for Cross Lanes.
