West Virginia rallied from a three-run deficit but could not hold North Florida as the Mountaineers lost 7-6 on a walk-off single Saturday in Jacksonville, Fla.WVU (0-2) took a 6-5 lead in the eighth inning but watched it slip away in the ninth when North Florida's Joe Wielbruda knocked a game-winning single to left field to score Donnie Dwees.Former Bridgeport standout Harrison Musgrave pitched in his first game for the Mountaineers in almost two years. He lasted four innings and allowed four earned runs on seven hits with three walks and one strikeout but did not figure in the decision.The Mountaineers finish their three-game series with UNF at noon today. MU BASEBALL: Marshall allowed three runs in the first inning and was never able to get back into the game as the Thundering Herd lost 10-1 to Old Dominion Saturday at Roanoke, Va.
Marshall (1-1) got four innings from starting pitcher Aaron Blair, who allowed four earned runs on seven hits with no walks and five strikeouts.
