Clay County's Gould moves to Sissonville
CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- Brittany Gould, a Class AA third-team all-state guard at Clay County last season, recently moved to Sissonville.
Gould, who averaged 21.3 points as a junior, had been working out with the Sissonville girls basketball team during the three-week summer practice period before pulling a muscle in her back that limited her participation.
"She's a very good player,' said Sissonville coach Rich Skeen. "She'd be an addition to anybody's team. It's like Christmas in June.''
