Freshman Hattie Davis scored an unassisted goal with less than eight minutes left to send George Washington past Huntington 1-0 Monday night in girls high school soccer at Trace Fork.Olivia Miller stopped the only shot she faced for her fifth shutout in seven games for the Patriots (6-1).Erica Budd stopped nine shots for the Highlanders (2-4-1).
  • CAPITAL 9, POCA 1: Ally Reeves' three goals paced the host Cougars to a win over the Dots.
  • Amy Glasow, Elena Pomponio, Rebecca Demarco, Morgan King, Jayna Hurst and Hannah Moore all tallied a goal each for Capital (4-3).

  • ST. ALBANS 7, TEAYS VALLEY 1: Jack Wiles scored three goals for St. Albans as the Red Dragons beat visiting Teays Valley Christian.
  • Nate Beck, Chance Cavender, Ben Gregg and Caleb Myers all added a goal for the Red Dragons (4-2). Evan Conaway tallied the goal for the Lions.
