Roundup: Winfield's Lawman commits to play soccer at Marshall

Winfield junior Jayne Lawman has verbally committed to Marshall to play women's soccer, according to Generals coach Marshall Hoff on Sunday.Lawman was a Class AAA all-state first-team selection by the West Virginia Sports Writers Association after leading Winfield to the state championship last year.She scored 20 goals as a freshman, 31 as a sophomore and 17 so far this season for a career total of 68.
