Sissonville 44, Poca 31: Sissonville overcame a slow start and cruised past visiting Poca in the Class AA Region 4 Section 1 tournament. Madison Jones led the Indians (19-3) with 18 points and Brittany Gould netted 16. McKenzie Ball paced the Dots with 11 points.Catholic 58, Buffalo 29: Vida Imani dropped in 21 points and Hannah Gallian added 16 to pace host Charleston Catholic to a Class A sectional win. The Irish (18-5) play at top-ranked St. Joseph in the sectional final at 7 p.m. Friday.
