As Steven Keith toured from town to town in search of his pick for the Tastiest Town, we wanted to give readers a voice as well. Each week readers had the opportunity to vote on the best restaurant in each town.
There were hundreds and hundreds of votes cast, multiple cities where the results were neck-and-neck, and a handful where there was a clear front runner — not to mention a write-in campaign for Food and Friends in Lewisburg that netted a surprising number of votes and might just warrant a road trip for the Food Guy soon.
But first, here are the People’s Choice Winners for Tastiest Restaurant in each of our featured towns:
Charleston: Noah’s Eclectic Bistro, 14.9 percent
Shepherdstown: The Press Room, 29 percent
Lewisburg: Hill & Holler, 44.9 percent
Morgantown: Iron Horse Tavern, 31 percent
Parkersburg: Cham’s Lebanese Cuisine, 13.9 percent
Fayetteville: Secret Sandwich Society, 29.2 percent
Huntington: Savannah’s, 53.5 percent
