Deborah Collins Warth, 55, of Fairmont, formerly of St. Albans, passed away Wednesday, March 19, 2014, at Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown. She was born in South Charleston on Sept. 8, 1958, a daughter of Roger and Ann Taylor Collins, both of Fairmont.
Debbie was an elementary school music teacher in Colorado. She enjoyed cooking, music and traveling. She also cherished her cats.
She was preceded in death by her husband, David Warth, and a niece, Holly Elizabeth Faulkner. Survivors include her sister, Mrs. Joyce Faulkner and her husband, the Rev. Dr. Holley Faulkner, also of Fairmont; her brother, Donald Collins and his wife, Jenny, of Reynoldsburg, Ohio; her brother-in-law, Jeff Warth and his wife, Lynn, of Marshall Township, Pa.; and her sister-in-law, Judy Kuecken and her husband, Russell, of Seminole, Fla. She is also survived by three nieces, Michelle Faulkner, Maria Kuecken and Alyssa Warth, and three nephews, Rob Collins, Tom Kuecken and Brian Braun.

Friends and family may visit with the family on Saturday, April 26, from 10 to 11 a.m. at The Baptist Temple, 430 Morgantown Ave., Fairmont. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Dr. Holley Faulkner officiating.
