SOUTHSIDE, W.Va. -- One person was killed Sunday when his motorcycle was hit by a car in Mason County.
Kenneth McMillan, 60, of Point Pleasant, was heading north on U.S. 35 near Southside at about 11:30 a.m., According to a press release from the Mason County Sheriff's Department.
McMillan’s motorcycle was hit by a southbound 2003 Mazda Protege driven by Jeremy R. Seibert, 24, of Continental, Ohio.
McMillan was killed. Amy A. Seibert, a passenger in the car, was taken to Cabell Huntington Hospital, where she was listed in fair condition today.
Criminal charges are pending, according to the sheriff’s department.
