Taste-of-ALL Charleston 2014 Winners

Held Sunday, June 22 at the Charleston Civic Center, Taste-Of-ALL Charleston is one of the perennial FestivALL favorites.

It includes a sampling of choice foods from area restaurants, as well as culinary competitions for professionals and amateurs alike.

Below, the winners of Taste-of-ALL Charleston 2014:

Newspaper food writer’s awards:

Overall Best Dish:

Chicken and Waffle (Southern waffle, made to order, honey nut encrusted crisp-fried chicken breast, topped with candied jalapeno, pecans, and drizzle of sage infused maple syrup — Black Sheep Burrito & Brews, Charleston

Overall Special Dish:

Fire Roasted Tomato Soup with gouda, garnished with Gorgonzola Crouton — Four Points by Sheraton, Charleston
